So many people are feeling in a funk right now.

Are you keeping to yourself? Wondering what to do?

Technology, is for, sure out of whack. I’ve had difficulty with the simplest things and transactions.

Communications are terrible as well. There is clearly a non-responsive energy in the air. Plans not going as planned, etc.

So what is happening?

There is a cleansing and pushing going on and it is happening in waves. You get clear, and feel better, then it comes in for another round and you feel all the funk again.

It may feel very personal to you and it is. We are in the midst of a great awakening and it’s shifting everything starting from the inside out.

It’s time to get real with who we are and or what we want to do.

Some of the things that can make these funky and weird-feeling times worse are agendas, plans and need for control.

If we look at our lives, many of the best and synchronous things that have ever happened to us came as a total surprise. That might have been a random phone call, an unplanned meeting or an unsolicited offer. My message, in regards to this, is that we don’t have to be in control.

We can be free and we can live the way we want. We have only to choose it.

The miserable and yucky feelings come in like this; we don’t feel like being at work or doing something but we do it anyway. We don’t feel like it, but we do it anyway. Why? Why, in our society, are we continually putting ourselves after things like survival?

It is in this very fundamental idea that we leave ourselves out. If we are at work and/or are doing something we don’t like, why don’t we just stop and do something else?

This is the meaning of being light. When we are light and not concerned, we relieve ourselves of that which bothers us. That which makes us not feel right.

So, what is a good strategy to move through these energies?

When we are in one of these discomforting energies and want out, we simply need to break from the activity, thought, belief or action that is related to it.

A perfect example would be, waking up and not feeling to do anything. Instead of insisting on being busy or having an agenda, we just let go and go with the feeling. We go with the flow and stop worrying what is going to happen next. And yes, this means even if we feel like doing nothing that day or for the next 3 hours we stick with it.

Even though this may sound like pacifism it is not.

To change our awareness of what does and does not work in life, we can simply travel back to the times when magic and miracles happened in our life and remember that many of them happened without a plan or thought.

We remember that life happens and will not stop just because we’ve disconnected to reconnect again. We can allow things to happen without directly having to control or needing to know what is going to happen.

When we are in a funk, we can let go and go with our feeling of what to do.

We can let go of the idea that we need to be busy and we can wait for real need to call upon us. We do not need to be nearly as busy as we think we do.
