If you haven’t noticed there has been a lot of pressure in the air. This can manifest in your life in different ways, depending on your personal growth level. It might have just been a lot of personally frustrating situations or if you are a healer or more spiritually inclined person, it might have manifested as lack of movement, desire to quit or just total frustration.
For society, it has manifested in some geographic areas as disaster. According to some estimates these disasters have caused as much as several hundred thousand losses of life.
It is still in the mass consciousness that big change must happen through disaster or chaos. This is a total false belief and the energy held by the masses about this must be released.
As of today, the pressure is beginning to release. There will be residual feeling but we are getting a break.
If you are personally feeling the pressure, like something is going to happen, you can release it. If you are continually feeling it, then you are continually holding it. One person releasing the energy can shift it dramatically from themselves and the world around them.
If you feel it, release it. Do something other than focus on how strange or under pressure you might feel. Even if it doesn’t make sense, do the things that will make you feel better and lighter. Give yourself a break and, as you do, keep in mind you are releasing built up energy that is not just yours, but everyone’s.
